It was organized by MINTUR, with the support of ACELU (ASSOCIATION OF CELÍACOS DEL URUGUAY and AHRU (ASSOCIATION OF RESTAURANTS AND HOTELS OF URUGUAY), within the framework of what was decreed by the World Tourism Organization, which for this year emphasized Accessibility of tourist services, as a human right.
