On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7/5 the Gastronomic Fair DEGUSTO took place in Carrasco.
There was a great number of people and the weather accompanied beautifully.
Dishes we serve:
- Salmon and seafood croquettes with mayonnaise, pickles and dill
- Ragu of veal with gnocci of potato and spinach
- Risotto by Funghi Porcini with Bacon Chip
Such was the demand that Francis exhausted the stock at 2.30 pm on Sunday.
It was a party for the neighborhood and families
