On the weekend of Saturday 29 and Sunday 30/10, Francis participated in the Gastronomic Fair DGusto, which was held in the Grauert Park in the neighborhood of Crrasco.

It was an opportunity, very positive, so that the public, mostly local who attended, could taste, different gastronomic options, offered by Montevideo.

Our proposal was: Gnocci Grilled Stuffed Gruyere and Mozzarella in Rosa sauce, gratin with raw ham chips, and Lamb Risotto Fresh mushrooms.

For dessert: our traditional Dulce de Leche Mousse.

It was a fun and enjoyable experience, where teamwork was also fundamental, to achieve the satisfaction of the many customers, who tasted our specialties.
